About Us
Coach Perrin
My soccer journey began with Sockers FC Academy, where I competed in the U.S. Soccer Development Academy. Throughout my high school years (2015-2019), our team was one of the premiere academies in the US eventually reaching the National Semifinal in 2019. After high school, I continued my career playing NCAA Division 1 soccer at Butler University from 2019-2022. In my senior year, I earned Academic All-America honors and All-BIG EAST recognition.
I began my professional career with Huntsville City FC in MLS NEXT Pro before joining the Pittsburgh Riverhounds in 2025. In that same year, I helped our team win the USL Eastern Conference Championship and the USL Championship title.
Soccer Experience
Coaching Experience
My coaching journey began in 2021, when I started leading private training sessions, small group clinics, and youth camps. Since then, I've had the opportunity to work with players of all ages and skill levels. I've helped introduce young players to the game at the grassroots level, developed academy players ages 8–18, as well as coaching collegiate and semi-professional athletes.
In addition to individual and small group training, I've served as the Technical Development Coach as well as an assistant coach with Grove United in 2024, working with the u13, u15, u17 andu19 boys teams as well as the club's semi-professional UPSL and NPSL teams. These experiences have allowed me to work alongside talented coaches and players in both youth development and high-performance environments.
I'm also continuing to expand my coaching knowledge by pursuing my coaching licenses through the Scottish Football Association, with the goal of providing the highest quality training and development opportunities for every player I work with.
Throughout my playing and coaching careers, I've been fortunate to learn from top coaches and compete at the highest levels of the game. My goal is to share that experience with every player I work with and create an environment where athletes can build confidence, improve their technical ability, and develop a lifelong love for the game.

Soccer Career
My soccer career began in Germany, where I developed through the youth academy of 1. FC Köln and competed in the German Youth Bundesliga. In 2022, I moved to the United States to pursue a degree in Economics while continuing my soccer career at the collegiate level with UMBC and the University of Maryland. During my senior season at Maryland, I helped the team win the Big Ten Regular Season Championship and was recognized as the Big Ten Defensive Player of the Year and an All-American.
Following my college career, I was selected by D.C. United in the MLS SuperDraft. Although I did not sign with the club, the opportunity led to the next step in my professional career, joining the Pittsburgh Riverhounds for the 2026 Season.
My coaching experience began at the University of Maryland, where I worked with a variety of summer camps and clinics. During this time, I coached players ranging from U10 and U12 age groups as well as an entire high school-aged boys team. Additionally, starting in 2026 I began working with Level XI coaching individual and group training sessions.
Coaching has given me a deeper understanding of the details and nuances of my own game while allowing me to share my experience and knowledge with others. Most importantly, I enjoy helping players learn, develop, and improve both on and off the field.
